✂️How to Use Your JPG Mockup✂️

These mockups are flattened JPG files, so there are no editable smart-object layers. You can still easily add your design using the editing program of your choice.

Photoshop

  1. Open the JPG mockup in Photoshop.
  2. Drag and drop your design onto the mockup, or use File → Place Embedded.
  3. Resize and position your design to fit the blank area.
  4. Adjust the Blend Mode (such as Multiply, Darken, or Overlay) and lower the opacity as needed for a more realistic look.
  5. Use Transform, Distort, or Warp to help your design follow the shape and perspective of the mockup.

Photopea

  1. Open the JPG in Photopea.
  2. Add your design as a new layer using File → Open & Place.
  3. Resize and position it over the blank area.
  4. Experiment with Blend Modes and opacity to blend the design into the mockup.
  5. Use Transform/Distort/Warp when needed to match the surface.

Canva

  1. Upload the JPG mockup and your design.
  2. Place your design over the blank area and resize it to fit.
  3. Use Transparency and available blend/adjustment tools to help the design blend into the mockup.
  4. For the most realistic results, a program with more advanced blending and perspective tools, such as Photoshop or Photopea, is recommended.

Other Editing Programs
The basic process is the same: open the JPG → add your design as a new layer → resize and position → adjust blending/opacity → save your finished mockup.

Tip: For the most realistic results, don’t be afraid to experiment with blend modes, opacity, and slight warping. The goal is to let some of the original texture, folds, shadows, or highlights show through your design.
