Updating Download Links
I’ve got tons of new things posting for you guys with my new download service and it seems to be working great thanks to you guys commenting and letting me know. I’m sure you’ll love the grunge overlays that posted today.
I’ve been slowly fixing the download links to the older posts I took off the blog so those will appear several pages back as I get them up. What I did was made every post where the download links needed updating into ‘draft’ mode on the blog so they won’t be seen again till I update the links. I just didn’t want people coming to the blog and seeing all of the older downloads and not being able to download them. So they’ll appear over time as I update stuff. Today I got up some of the download links for items in December (styles, plaid bow, fabric textures, leaves, etc). It really stinks that my mediafire account got hacked AND all of my files deleted. I have all of those files on my EHD’s and backed up at Backblaze, it’s just lousy that some hacker has turned this into a lot of updating and uploading.
I’ve got a long way to go but I’ll slowly get there 😉

I feel badly for you. I know you will get things straightened out, too. Most of your regulars have your stuff, but, you never know when you’ll have a new to your site person take an interest.

Ditto on what Sue said. It must be an absolute pain, never mind the time you’re spending having to do it but it is definitely appreciated. I myself still have a lot of old files to download when I get the time!
